Nevertheless, every home is different, particularly in New England. Statistics and comparable sales provide essential guidance, however, they do not tell the whole story. Living space, lot size, condition, the way the house sits on the lot, amenities, landscaping, craftsmanship…the overall ‘feel’ of a particular house are what create value and make a house a home. Residential real estate is part science and part art. This is one of the reasons why I love my job!
